Bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
Separate cloakroom with toilet.
Large decked patio with fantastic panoramic countryside view and a sunken 4 person Spa pool (spa available subject to conditions & additional charge).
Table and chairs and a brick BBQ for those hot Summer days !!!

Malborough village It is located in a village called Malborough which is 3 miles from Salcombe, 4 miles from Kingsbridge, and only 20 miles south of Dartmoor National Park. There are fantastic panoramic views of surrounding countryside and Dartmoor National Park.

Thurlestone Beach Beautiful beaches at nearby Hope cove & Thurlestone. Regular boating & fishing trips from Salcombe.
