As a baby and toddler friendly holiday home, we provide a full size cot, a changing mat, a high chair and a stool for toddlers to reach the bathroom sink and toilet. For accidents there is a washing machine and a dryer. Enclosed rear garden for playing in. Childrens playground and a shop for snacks, a few minutes walk away. Loads of children's activities in the surrounding area.

Malborough has a BMX/skateboarding park. Further afield entertain them with water sports, or for retail therapy take them to the city of Plymouth.

Grandparents can enjoy spoiling their grandchildren with holiday treats. Relax in the sunny garden, watch the wildlife and countryside animals from the lounge or be chief sandcastle makers. For those who want to make the most of their free bus pass to visit Salcombe, Kingsbridge or further afield, the bus stop is a short flat walk away.
